"The hotel is beautiful! Very calming and relaxing, staff is supper attentive and the food was good. I only have 2 points I'd like to make. 1. When we reserved we called the hotel as we wanted to make sure we got specific rooms. We were with them on the phone while making the booking on Expedia. We booked 3 rooms and confirmed with them that we were getting the rooms we requested. When we got there none of the rooms we wanted were what we got. That was quite disappointing as we were reassured over the phone that we were getting the rooms we wanted and it turns out the rooms were already booked. 2. Food options for vegans were almost nothing. But to be expected, I was not upset at all, I understand it's a diet that is a bit difficult to accommodate, just maybe something to think about. Would definitely come back."
