"The staff was very kind and welcoming … always a smile and very clean …. The store they had to shop in were such a great touch and made buying souvenirs much easier but they were hidden … they should be promoted more by the hotel …. The restaurant both for dining and breakfast was amazing …. I loved it so much I cancelled my cruise and went back to Luxor just to stay there again for 5 more days "

Location is excellent, with rooms overlooking the Nile, Valley of the Kings and much more.Several restaurants of different kinds, along with several other relaxed areas where food is served give excellent choices of food.Excellent pool and garden area overlooking the Nile which is well maintained and kept extremely clean. An excellent all round choice of hotel."

"Everything was just perfect . The room has everything you need and is spacious and the bathroom is big as well . The restaurants are great and the food delicious and not expensive . Mustafa from reception went out of his way to make our stay comfortable , gave us an early check in and looked after us . The pools are out of this world overlooking the Nile . Drinks at the bar affordable . One of our favorite hotels in the world "
