"The staff makes the place a 5 star rating. Each staff i encountered are some best professionally trained. They are friendly and helpful. One of the front desk staff even go out of his way to take me to a nearby store to find an item that i needed. Love the breakfast selections."

"I stayed for 16 days at the hotel, at checkout time they refused to give me late checkout and forced me to pay half day. Not good behaviors if the hotel full as they said how they give the room for half day money. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast was fantastic — a great way to start the day. What really stood out was the amazing staff; they were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
