Exelente servicio, el personal muy atento y confiable, el Hotel muy limpio, tiene sus propios uber que te trasladan alas ciudades de Giza y el Cairo.. El SR.OMAR muy amable y alpendiente de lo que ocupa el huesped.
Recomendable el Hotel cien de cien.

Big bed room and clean, unfortunately the bathroom smelled very bad. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The road out side of the hotel was dark after sunset and lots on wild dogs.
The residential area was clean and quiet.
The airport shuttle was not free unless staying over 4nights.

I enjoyed the view of Giza pyramid while eating dinner or breakfast in the rooftop. The people are nice and friendly. The room is big enough and clean.

Excellent staff very attentive !Clean Room. Zain really helpful with booking excursions and making sure everything was perfect ! View of the pyramid from the roof was amazing especially around sunset.
