"Everything was great, from initial greeting to multiple people at reception, number of elevators room cleanliness and size. If you don’t need a haram view this would absolutely be my go to place in madinah! Staff was friendly and attentive - didn’t feel rushed at check out either. Really a very nice, peaceful stay. "I didn’t like one floor man or manger attitude(Arabian),he was very rude when he was talking to me not professionally speaking and they said if we want eat in hotel by ordering food,need use their M floor or restaurant,we tried to listen them but everytime we there for eating our lunch we find restaurant Washroom closed,we couldn’t wash our hands after eating,we had to wait till we get to our room for washing our hands,"

"The room was modern, spacious and clean, towels and bedding linen were clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast, a special mention to Ali for the amazing service. Breakfast was 5 stars, from the fresh orange juice, variety of dishes, to the freshly made waffles and pancakes, everything was delicious. "
