"We arrived very early in the morning, and although check-in is usually at 4:00 pm, Hamza at the reception greeted us very warmly. He assured us that he would inform us as soon as a room became available. We went for Fajr Salah, and shortly after we returned, he provided us with the key to one of our two rooms and promised that the second room would be ready shortly, on the same floor as we had requested. Breakfast was very diverse, catering to different cultures, with plenty of options and more than enough for everyone. We truly had a great time, and the hotel’s location was excellent, just steps away from Masjid Nabawi Shareef. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madinah."
