"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere...

"You will not find a more welcoming, accommodating, or serene location in Oman. The staff is amazing. Freshly cut fruit daily. If you visit the restaurant on grounds, ask the Frenchman to make you a cappuccino, the Reese special."
