"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Convenient paking with access directly from parking garage to hotel for $20 a day. Great location to walk to the riverwalk and downtown locations. Breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold choices. "

"Breakfast and kickback meals were great! The pool however was smaller than advertised and the level of chlorine was such that you couldn't stay long before your eyes burned. Hot tub not hit wnough and was gross. The foam was brown with ppl grime"

"The people and facility are very nice. The food at the restaurants (including breakfast) is really not good--the baked goods are not fresh and the ingredients look pretty processed. Be aware that there is a strong fragrance added throughout the space including the upper levels."

"Admittedly, the outside of this hotel is nothing to look at. That said, the inside (lobby, rooms) are fresh and clean. Rooms have a great layout. Bed is super comfortable. Indoor access to the convention center through a second floor walkway through the neighboring Hyatt. Good price, clean, attractive, comfortable and convenient."

"This place is very nice, I do think they should offer the valet package with the room when you book at at the very least let guests know that they will be required to use valet unless they make other arrangement for parking. "
