"Loved our stay there with family"

"We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is positioned in the higher price range. Given this, we expected the rooms to be in an exclusive condition. However, we noticed that some areas, such as the villa furnishings and overall maintenance, could use some improvements. A timely renovation would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these concerns, we truly enjoyed our time here and appreciate the beautiful setting and friendly staff."

"Floors dirty and peeling up in livingroom and bedroom, roaches in the kitchen. Went to warm a roll and roaches in the microwave. Listing says non-smoking but you can smell the smoke. Grungy, yucky rooms."

"The hotel was under renovation all morning and fire alarm test for 4 hours we couldn't not sleep at all. Only on Friday for few hours the hotel was quite and we slept few hours before the check out time "
