"One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff. "

"It was truly a pleasant experience. The staff were professional and genuinely kind people. I enjoyed staying there with my family and believe everyone else will, too. The only downside was the ongoing renovation work — it was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall one of the best experiences i ever had (especially in Dubai). "

"The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average."
