Reserved room not available making 2am check in a real pain. Was given 2x1 bed appt instead of a single 2 bed appt. Sorted in the end, but hotel not very proactive. Apartment was lovely but would have benefitted from a more thorough cleaning effort. Lovely area to live in for a few days.

Nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the Metro Staion and easy access to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall. Gym facilities were good and so was the pool area along with steam and sauna ro. Cleanliness was impeccable and the room was serviced regularly by Roland and what an amazing job he did, an absolute credit to the establishment.

We had stayed in the apartment which was great. The only issue was the kitchen which was kind of dysfunctional with very limited utensils & cutlery. Otherwise the rest of the apartment was good. The staff were courteous as well. Location is awesome.

Great Stay in a very lively location.

Our stay at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair was quite enjoyable. The hotel staff was welcoming and informative, and the Residences Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast options were nice, but the experience felt a bit chaotic. All in all, the staff was really pleasant and accommodating. We were a family of five.

I had a great time at the Swiss Hotel in Dubai, Al Ghurair. The hotel was very nice, with excellent service and cleanliness. The only downside was the location, which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The apartment was clean and tidy, and was cleaned each day we wanted it to be. Fresh towels were provided. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the breakfast was wide ranging and tasty.

The location was perfect. Grocery was 5 minutes away, so many eating options within walking distance. Taxis were readily available. There is an option to use hotel limousine for very reasonable rates. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Centrally located to all tourist attractions. Great apartment in Swissotel

Very nice property. I was in Dubai for 9 days and took an apartment in Swissotel Living at Al Ghurair, close to my client's premises. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation, spotlessly clean, with lots of space to spread out during an extended stay. Two great swimming pools, one open from 0600 until 2230, and tasty food across the various restaurants and coffee shop in the hotel. Great value for money as well. I shall return!
