The property was well kept and spotlessly clean. Our maid on the 9th floor, Mylee was excellent. The breakfast chef Ali was also very obliging. All concierge staff were also very helpful.

Hotel was pretty run down but was currently undergoing renovation. Stayed for an event in area so was convenient but not up to usual Dubai hotel standards, rather outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa is definitely worth a visit.

Everything about this hotel was just fabulous! From the staff treating us like royalty to the phenomenal spread of food, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!
All members of staff were always at hand to help, nothing was ever too much for them!
Both breakfast and dinner was superb! The variety of foods and the freshness of it was truly outstanding. It didn’t matter what time we went to dine, there was always fresh food available. Despite the alcoholic beverages being on the pricier side, there was still ample of options.
The room was always cleaned to its best and they went above and beyond when we hung the wrong sign on the door, asking them to collect dirty laundry, when we wanted our room cleaned. Oops!
When I had left my phone on a shuttle bus, the concierge resolved the issue immediately and it was retrieved within 20 minutes! Enough said!
Overall, I would highly recommend C Central Resort to anyone, singles, couples, friends and families - it’s definitely an all rounder! You will not be disappointed!

I stayed at this hotel for several days and had a mixed experience. During the first three days, water kept leaking from the bathroom glass panel door, making the floor slippery. On the fourth night, water started dripping from the upper wall, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had similar bathroom leakage issues, the pantry light was not working, and the air-conditioning was weak, causing a very uncomfortable and stuffy night.
Despite these problems, the staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded quickly to our concerns and tried their best to assist us. With improvements to room maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.

The service was absolutely incredible. I was astonished by how helpful the staff was. Breakfast was amazing. The accommodations were stunning. The views were stunning. I felt so catered to and everything that the staff implemented for our was so thoughtful.
