"First impression on checking in was "what great staff". From the checkin desk to the sweet lady working at the buffet breakfast, everyone was super nice. Our room was very clean and nice, no smoke smell! Overall a great stay. "

"It was not nice! Drug dealers, prostitution, men gambling outside my room door! No blanket just two sheets. There was no king size bed but a regular size. There was no room service. Didn’t empty trash or have new bedding or towels. Parking was horrible. Room had an odor when I walked in. I will never give that place my service again or recommend it to anyone! I wish I could get a full refund!"

"This is the nicest hotel in Gadsden. This one has been renovated recently and I had no complaints. They know this and the price is reflected. The other Hampton inn here is about 10 mins away and it’s fifty less a night usually but hasn’t been renovated yet. "
