"Check in was a breeze. They even called the room a few minutes after check in to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had clean towels each day when we returned from the event we attended. We stayed 3 nights. The pool was nice to come cool off in & breakfast was great each morning. They even had snacks that satisfied our late night munchies dilemma. Lol. Very pleasant stay! We’ll definitely stay again."

"This was such a cute place to stay with our two kids. It was clean, inviting and private. Kevin and Beth are both such wonderful people! They treated us and our kids like part of the family. We will absolutely be back. They have a swimming pool on a deck overlooking the river. A beautiful dock where my oldest son spent most of his time fishing. This experience was definitely 10/10."

"Room was nice enough. The floor in the bathroom could use some cleaning around the edges and corners. Other than that along with the sparse breakfast it was a good stay. Staff was pleasant and friendly and parking was good."

"Check in staff was too busy smoking outside to bother checking us in for 5 minutes. I've stayed in lots of hotels and this is only acceptable as a flop house for the night. Place is showing serous signs of wear and needs at least some upkeep if not a complete remodel. Bathroom was filthy bed was decent. I was traveling with my wife and will never stay here again. I've stayed in some rough spots over the last 45 years in my work travels so I'm no stranger to cheap hotels and this is one."

"The location was great. Just a short walk to the river. The staff was great. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. I had to back my legs up to the toilet just to open the door to get out or close it once inside. The shower controls also didn't work well with half the water still coming out of the bottom faucet. Probably because the shower head was clogged up about 50% . The breakfast bar was not to my liking as the only protein was chicken sausage."
