This place had the 3 C's down: cozy, comfortable and clean! Follow the directions they send you because I didnt and got a little lost but it was also a really late night check in. The property was quiet and peaceful, even with their other rentals on the property you dont even notice them. The animals are freindly and very cute! There is also a gas station amd dollar general quite close by if you need anything. Absolutely would come here again!
Inside facing the bed and bathroom space, there is also a kitchen space and fridge/freezer in the kitchen with all the things you may need!

Lovely Tinyhouse Farm Experience

Very lovely Tinyhouse on a beautiful farm. We had a minor issue when checking in but the host, Chelsea, was very quick to correct the problem. We traveled with our 2 dogs and loved the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the farm house

Owner asked us to switch to the Farmhouse (there are two tiny houses next to each other on the property. The house was perfect for our family of 5 for one night with a double bed, double air mattress and futon. Electric heater kept the house warm through the cold night. Not a lot of space inside, but plenty of room to sleep and get cleaned up, which is all we needed, and plenty of space to move around outside.

The tiny house had everything we could want for a getaway.Chelsey is a great host and responded quickly to any of our questions.The animals added a great experience that you don’t get at most places. Peace, quiet, and serenity at a lovely location to view the stars at night and listen to the birds in the morning.A quick drive to Gainesville and many attractions in the area. Bring a couple carrots or apples to make friends with the donkeys, goats, and zebu cows. Can’t wait to go back again.

BEWARE

We booked this property 3 weeks in advanced, got confirmation/approval from the owner. Once we arrived the code for the door wouldn't work. I called the owner and she stated that she doesn't have us booked and that it was already rented by someone else through another listing site. We drove 8 hours and had to franticly find somewhere else to stay within our budget on the weekend of University of Florida's homecoming where the hotel prices are outrageous! Be careful if you book here and have a back up option. Would not recommend!
