"Great welcoming staff! Joyce at the front desk is warm and greets customers by their name. Rooms are clean, lobby is huge with lots of seating areas. breakfast is fresh and varied. The pool area is clean and the hotel is welcoming. I certainly recommend the Drury."

"I called to book two connecting rooms and when I arrived they had not accommodated this aspect of our booking. They told me I probably spoke to central reservations who doesn’t understand that they don’t have available connecting rooms (fair- but not my fault since this was the customer Journey they put me on for a reservation). They did nothing to try to help and we had brought our 85 year old grandmother because we had been assured we would have connecting rooms. "

"Room was very clean. Darling shades were too narrow to block out all light at night. Light coming around the door also. A lot of road noise. Pool was had insect floating. Too much turn me off for a swim. It was okay for a road"
