My favorite place to stay when I’m in Cloudcroft. Hotel is always perfect, the grounds are beautiful and staff is excellent.

Front desk was nice.. when we checked in she notified us the water wasn't working and would notify us when it was...20min later she called out room and notified us it was on and waited on the line till we verified it was working
