"Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel! Perfect location and beautiful beach. Room was super clean and very spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing and lunch at the private beach restaurant was phenomenal. Fantastic and friendly staff, with a special thank you to Emilia and Wissel! Can't wait to be back. "I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me."

"This property was beyond our expectations. Not only were the staff friendly always, the hotel gave back to its guests. Unusual in my experience. Breakfast and beach lounges included in the room rate. Pop sickles or watermelon passed out to cool you while you sunbathe as well as water. Live music every evening. The town itself totally walkable. Wonderful wonderful. "

"What a horrible experience!!! The director was terribly unhelpful. I contacted the hotel to ask to change my dates as l was unwell and couldn’t travel they refused to help me. I also contacted hotels.com in America and they rang the hotel to ask for a date change too and they were refused. My single room was like a broom cupboard and honestly should be a store room for the cleaning ladies as it was so small old and outdated. The floor was dirty there were cigarette butts and rubbish under the bed. The phone was broken. The rubbish bin was disgusting - see photo. No fridge or mini bar. The wardrobe was from the 50’s and the shower and hand basin were terrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The director offered me a free drink WOW even that was bad an old flat bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast was terrible the eggs inedible no fresh bread. And l was charged €10 for my dog. A disgrace and l will never return."
