We were moved to room 311 again filthy couch stained bathroom unsanitary and the floor was caving in. Again Adrienne was exceptionally helpful and trying to assist. After the second room was not up to par we had to relocate at the last minute after our 3 hour drive. Requesting assistance with this matter. "
