"Ants, broken A/C, charges despite wanting to leave... a nightmare all around."

"Room and bathroom is old and outdated and not so clean Plus was the 24hr airport shuttle and the vending machines Computers not working so I had to go purchase a laptop instead Pool area and lobby was pretty nice that was the only areas that looks clean to me"

"Everything was clean. The staff was excellent! The mattress and pillows were not comfy, although the sheets were nice. There was a makeshift closet and the room was pretty tight but fine for one. We had two, so tight. Breakfast did not accommodate for an entire soccer team of boys and parents staying the night before. Seems it would be good to take into consideration for other guests."

"I booked a stay for 3 days to be in albany for my mom's ninetieth birthday. The room appeared clean, but after walking around the first night.The floors made our feet black. The next day we went with my mom. The entire day when we returned, it was late, our beds were not made. The trash was not taken out.The towels were still on the bathroom floor. We went down to the desk and asked, they said they clean our room every second day. The next day was a repeat of spending the day with my mom, again, returning late, the room was still not claimed. Beds, unmade trash overflowing in the bathroom and all of the towels we're still on the floor. In addition, I booked a second room for my niece. After seeing the pet policy on expedia for free pets, pets were not free when we got there.And she was not able to leave the pets in the room in their crates even to go to dinner, told us there would be a $150.00 fine if we did, We ended up having to take the dogs to my brother's house. The breakfasts were a joke including the coffee It was horrible .Completely disappointed with this hotel!"

"Bed was comfortable. Clean room. Staff were friendly. Definitely would stay again"

"The parking was a lot but the lack of lights on one side of the parking lot didn’t feel too safe to leave my car overnight. The AC worked okay. The floor was sticky and there was a stain on our bathroom that possibly looked like fecal matter."

"Close to airport, shopping (if you have a vehicle) No on site restaurant but snacks are available in the lobby along with a few microwaveable meals. Breakfast was ok."
