Albertville Hotels

"Parking was ok, we parked in the back of the hotel but there wasn't key access to enter the motel on the back doors. We had to walk around to the front to enter the motel. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was nice and clean although we used the hide a bed in the couch for our daughter. The mattress was dirty with food crumbs. We needed to ask for sheets and blankets. The breakfast was disappointing. The options were minimal due to construction in the motel but that area wasn't in the construction zone so I'm not sure why it was limited. I will stay here again if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"I was surprised by the $200 reserve on my credit card. I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but the jets didn't work."

"I had a handicapped room. The room was big enough for a wheelchair. All the bars were there for the toilet and shower. No folding shower chair or shower handle. The shower head was pointed out towards , which blew the shower curtain out and there was water all over the bathroom floor, very unsafe. I almos fell. I would not recommend this room for anyone until some updating "

"Clean room "

"Don’t not stay here they demand that you pay the deposit in cash only and then they keep it no matter how clean and neat you are. The owners act like they don’t speak English when you speak up about the condition of the room. And the cleaning/ maintenance staff don’t fix anything properly. The only plus is it is near major highways and shops."

"Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. The elevators were not working and the service elevator stopped working during our stay. Had to use the stairs. Luckily we were only on the fifth floor. "

"Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. "
