"This was the worst experience my family and I have ever had staying at a hotel. The staff and manager at this establishment are aweful! I wish I would have read into more reviews before staying here. On night one of check in, the staff were very unpleasant, they looked like they didnt want to be there. They had signs up saying that the pool and hot tub were shut down. I was not notified via text or anything that they were shutting the pool down. When I asked why the pool was shut down they said the health department came in and said their P.H. levels were too high. Immediately called them out on that. They charged my card several times with a $200 incidental Hold, becaise they had a glitch in their system. After getting up to our room, there were beard hairs/public hair on the toilet and sink in the bathroom. The door to our room was fully broken and wouldnt shut. You could go in and out with out a key. After expressing all of this to staff, and asked to speak with a manager they told me they didnt have her number. I eventually got a call from the manager named Paulina, who was extremely disrespectful and rude. I will never be staying at a choice hotels Hotel ever again! There were 6 other families during our Stay that had very unpleasant interactions with staff, and this hotel being a 1 star hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay . The staff, especially Elizabeth at the front, was exceptionally wonderful. The parking was convenient across the street . The hotel has a great location in the city . Easily accessible to everything . Please note none of the rooms have microwaves . Highly recommend this hotel."

"The place wasn't at all like the pictures. The room was a mess, with stained walls, a slow-draining tub, and hardly any towels or pillows – just one of each per bed. When I asked for more, they only gave me one extra pillow and two towels. It was super disappointing, and I'm definitely not staying there again. Plus, the breakfast and pool they advertised weren't even available, and the amenities were just plain bad."

"Everything was great, except the shower floor was extremely slippery. I had a text from the manager asking if everything was fine with the room. I report the very slippery shower floor and asked if a rubber bath mat was available. I was pretty sure that there was not one, but thought I would ask. I never did get a reply. I did get the same message the next day asking if everything was good. Probably just an automatic message that gets sent out. I will stay there again, but if a message is sent and a reply is made, it should be responded to."

"Very nice place, great deal for downtown. The staff wete super friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms, and very classy overall. The only downside was parking and trying to get parking validated. The instructions should be clear on how to pull up and drop your bags off, especially if youre planning on going out again. A great deal overall, and would highly recommend. Just get your parking figured out"
