"We had a three bedroom suite for a hockey tournament. Upon check in our room had a strange odor, there was hair in the bed, and multiple small hairs in the master handicap shower."

"We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing experience- we won’t be returning to this hotel. "

"Our room was dirty and the water park is rundown a little. The Staff at the hotel did help get us a clean room so that was great but they didn’t have the room we booked. "
