The staff was first class. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartments which is at another site. They transported our bags for us and it was a short 10 minute walk. No problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint hotel located so close to the famous Opera House Arena. The hotel staff, especially Alessandro, did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome when we arrived after a long day of travel. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we felt very safe in this hotel. The continental breakfast included in our travel package was delicious and included a large selection of hot and cold delicacies. I would highly recommend staying at this friendly hotel if you are traveling to Verona.
