Nice and equipped apartment with sea views, in the best residential complex of the beach of Valencia. Two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, living room and terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Private parking space in basement. Residential complex with restaurant, social club, playground, gym, paddle tennis, tennis, mini golf, large green areas and spectacular pool, just 40 meters from the sea!Only 10 minutes from downtown and with public transport to the center a few meters. Ideal to enjoy the beach and go sightseeing. Area with a wide range of restaurants and leisure.

Charmant appartement, bien agencé et fidèle à la description de l’annonce. Cadre très calme malgré un autoroute à proximité qui peut au départ faire peur. Emplacement idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas utiliser la voiture grâce au bus de Valence à proximité. Bref appartement à recommander
