Great hotel and theme park

Hotel was lovely, good size rooms and no issues getting beds around the pool. Theme park across the road is excellent and also the wildlife park which is about 20 minutes away. Decent selection for options for breakfast and evening meals.

Great room. We were there at a quiet time of year so maybe to be expected but staffing levels didn’t seem adequate for the number of guests. We waited a long time to check in and there were also long waits at the bar. Good variety at breakfast but the food under the heated lamps was cold and one of the coffee machines was out of action for our stay. Quite a way out of time so nice and quiet but nearest bus stop was about a 15 minute walk away and buses were infrequent

Great stay, really enjoyed the hotel and its brilliant facilities. The staff in the restaurant are absolutely amazing and very friendly. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Unfortunately, the hotel (hallways, lobby, elevators, third floor, and even the garage) had a nauseating smell. The room itself was perfect; the issue was only in the common areas. I understand that sometimes a drainage pipe can break at a time when it can’t be repaired immediately, for example. What bothered me, however, was that when I asked the front desk agent about the strong smell, he told me he didn’t notice anything. He even asked the security guard next to him, and he also said he didn’t smell anything. The next day, when I checked out, I asked the same question to the morning front desk agent, and she explained that they had a problem with a waste pipe since the night before. She apologized and told me they were working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Same problem, same question, but completely different attitude toward the guest. That’s the reason for my rating.

We had a great stay at Grand Luxor Hotel. Free entrance to Terra Mitica was super. The service was good and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Pools big and clean.

We was unsure about staying too far away from Benidorm itself and even though the distance is not far you need a taxi to go around the motorway. However the panoramic view and the quiet area was fantastic. The hotel is stunning and great for families. Even getting a place by the pool was done with little effort. My only criticism is that staff can be quite slow almost too relaxed. Getting pool side dinks from the bar took forever to the point where you give up. That aside we will definitely go back

Lovely hotel next to theme park. We stayed in deluxe room very good size for family of 4 huge balcony free bottled water every day. Very good breakfast. Nice pool area. Only downside no shop Nearby and 10 minute taxi to any restaurants or nightlife. Great value for money with unlimited theme park water park and sealife park tickets included. Would stay again

Large room Nice pools Parking underground Freshly squeeze Orange juice for breakfast Cons: Spa not open until January Nothing around the hotel (walking distance) apart from theme park The pull out sofa bed is terrible and hard to sleep on Had a few housekeeping issues which were never resolved

Lovely Stay

This was for my wife's birthday and the room was excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the condition of the sofa. I was not going to share it here, but the fact that they were aware when I mentioned it to them, made me wonder why wasn't it replaced.

It’s a little out of Benidorm and you need a taxi to get down town. Taxi is about 12 euros. View from the room is beautiful. We liked the tile floors and design of our room. There were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Staff was cheerful and helpful.
