Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Great location!

I would describe the apartment as a no frills place. Could use a few things like storage in the bathroom, a place to put your things. Same for the bedroom. It worked for what we needed which was a place to sleep in a safe place and a great location. Communication with the owner was very good. Good parking lot.

Nice place. Well equipped. Clean. Comfortable bed.

We really appreciated the location, the quiet, and the convenience. It was really well equipped with a dishwasher, TV, dishes, and full kitchen. Bed was comfortable.

Clean and cozy

We were in between houses for two weeks and this was the perfect place for our transition. It is small but cozy and affordable.

Most uncomfortable couch ever

Couch was miserable and only other seats were hard counter height chairs. It was clean, safe and good location. We had a hard time with door lock, .....front door light and kitchen fan did not work. Instructions needed for garbage disposer. If you plan on cooking much here it will be difficult, kitchen is so narrow. Super close to oldtown and convenient to freeway. This is not a place to enjoy kicking back in ...no chairs and that horrid couch. Bed comfy for another sleeping bed take a blow up bed!

Home away from home

It was very cozy and comfortable. It had all essential Necessities needed. It was centrally located and close to nice parks. It was quiet and peaceful. Communication with property manager was very easy. Will definitely be staying there again.
