Location is Great

Convenient to accessing old town Albuquerque, Nob Hill, Santa Fe, Sandia Mountains, Bandelier and more…close to museums, and restaurants and stores of all types. First time travelers to the area and were pleased with the place, communication with owner and ease of access.

Great location for our recent visit. As advertised this is a nice quite, safe area to stay. Enjoyed walking my dog all around the area, and the park down the street. Look forward to staying here again when visiting family.

This house was everything it was advertised to be; it was immaculate, a comfortable neighborhood, close to everything and we loved our stay. Will definitely stay here again in future if it’s available.

Quiet and Comfy

Stayed 20 days. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was comfortable. There’s a park about 1/4 mile away and a few restaurants within 1/2 mile walking distance. The place needs a few updates/upgrades and could have been a bit cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and might book it again in the future.

The house was exceptional; clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Loved all the artwork and books! Neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to everything we needed for our visit. Communication with the property owners was quick and easy. Would highly recommend staying here.

One week stay while in town working

This is a very nice place!

Beautiful unit. Very clean and private. Very nice decore. The bed was excellent. Good kitchen (we did not use it much). Garage for your rent a car. Very comfortable couch. I would absolutely recommend and would stay there again.

We were very comfortable in this home. It is well stocked and the owner was very responsive. The large garage and laundry room were nice to have. It’s close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet and private.

Vacation in the Land of Enchantment

Enjoyed our stay! The home was lovely and the neighborhood was very nice & very quiet. We especially liked being able to garage the rental vehicle. As usual the weather was awesome. The only negative about our visit was its duration; wish it could have been longer.

Quiet Weekend

We came to town for a concert and thoroughly enjoyed the quietness of this property for the weekend. It was clean and we were excited to park in the garage. Our only complaint was the main bathroom door would not close

Indian Market Weekend

The property was so clean and comfortable. Perfect for a quick get away and down time. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in New Mexico to the utmost. The house was lovely, very well maintained and so clean. Hope to come back in the Fall.

Casa Klimt exceeded our expectations. The home was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our three-night stay, and had an enclosed outdoor space, which made it easy to have our dog along for the trip. Communication with Ed was clear and timely. We would happily stay at Casa Klimt again on future visits to Albuquerque!

Nice location and home

The home is very nice in a quiet neighborhood and good location. Check-in process and communication were good. There were a couple of maintenance issues including a pocket door to the Primary bathroom/shower that wouldn’t close and an incomplete set of dishes, even for two guests. The host has said the issues we encountered will be addressed.
