The backyard is perfect for relaxing in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite wine or spirit. With uptown just a block away, there will always be something to do and close by for easy travel. Shopping, Bars, and everything in-between is at your fingertips here and you will want to do it all!
This cozy loft can sleep up to 4 people and has 1.5 bathrooms. It's perfect for a weekend getaway or to stop for a night of relaxation while you pass through Albuquerque to your next destination. Quick access to I-40 means you can get anywhere as fast as possible, even up to Sante Fe to enjoy the day at the Plaza.

House is clean and well maintained and the hot tub was already at temperature upon arrival!

Great stay! The hot tub is at a perfect 104 and jets are very therapeutic! We enjoyed the Sonos speaker system! Great amenities. The wine selection at nearby Trader Joe’s ( walking distance) pairs nicely with the Theme of the room!
Great location. Most everywhere we went was within a 20 minute radius. Home was very clean and comfortable. Bennie was very responsive. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Albuquerque.
My fiancé and I had such a wonderful stay! Very modern feel, conveniently located near everything we wanted to do and great amenities like the hot tub, garage and king bed! Perfect for couples, would stay again for sure!
Loved our stay at Cellar 74. Such an amazing well appointed unit. And walking distance to so much in Uptown. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely go back.

The place is fabulous!!! Just as pictured. In a great area. I would love to take it on all my trips!! Will be back again. A stove would be too much. We were on vacation.
We stayed here while visiting our daughter. The property was amazing and Bennie was great even left us a dozen amazing donuts! The bed is extremely comfortable and we would definitely stay here next time we visit.
Believe the pictures - this place is as modern as it gets - it looks like a space HGTV would feature. We enjoyed the space and the convenience, with off-street parking, a big kitchen, and (our favorite) the hot tub.
Two notes for other travelers: the fridge is about half-size, so if you intend to host a large gathering or cook quite a bit, that will be a limitation. Also, there seemed to be no way to regulate the temperature (or at least no thermostat we could find), which meant it was a little too warm at night. If you're staying here, you might want to check with the property owner about that.
The space is great; the neighborhood is relatively far from the main points in Albuquerque, so having a car is a must.
With needing a last minute place to stay for reasons that took us North, why not make it a parents getaway also? This house was perfect for the two of us. The hot tub was definitely enjoyed with the cooler weather. It made our weekend much more relaxed. Though there is surrounding neighborhood, the back patio area makes it feel very secluded. Nice and private. The area was very quiet also. The house was centrally located for everything we needed. Surprisingly close.
The garage was nice for our peace of mind for our vehicle but was just a hare bit small for our Chevy Silverado 3500 crew cab.
Though there was coffee, thank you, there was no creamer or sweetener options. So we didn’t utilize that amenity. But luckily restaurants were close.
As it was a last minute trip, I wasn’t expecting to pack too much, so I wasn’t happy when the shampoo and soap options were even less than that in a hotel. I had to run to the store for shampoo and body soap.
The house is very modern and has switches for everything, everywhere, we would’ve liked not to have to play the guessing game to turn on the lights and fan.
Overall it was perfect for us for the weekend and we have already recommended this to family and friends!

This was a amazing property during our vacation while in Albuquerque. Clean and very unique, with ease to local shopping, restaurant and I40. We also enjoyed the open patio, hot tub and large screen tv for entertainment. Will definitely stay there again!
