The search stops here! Wonderful 3 bedroom home in Uptown with an amazing backyard that is close to everything Albuquerque has to offer. After a long day of exploring you can grill some food at the outdoor kitchen and then relax in the hot tub. New putting green just added! TV's with high speed internet so you can stream your favorite shows or hook up your gaming system. Refrigerated air and gas burning fireplace. Tons of outdoor living in both the front and back of the home. ***NO PARTIES ALLOWED. PLEASE NO SMOKERS. Any events or smoking will result in an automatic $500 fine.

HOT TUB DISCLOSURE
Please take into consideration that the hot tub is available year round. The cover must be unclipped at all sides and utilize the cover removal assist bar to lift open. Please keep your eyes on children. Do not sit in the hot tub for more than 30 minutes at a time. When booking this property, you agree to the following: GUESTS USE THE HOT TUB AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please place sheets and pillowcases in the hamper provided in each bedroom. Place all used towels in the tub in the hallway bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Must have three prior rentals with five star reviews on VRBO to book. There is a $500 refundable deposit required or $1000 if you have no reviews.
No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. Smoking is an automatic $500 fine and subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee.
No parties allowed. Do not exceed the guest occupancy limits. Additional guests not registered will result in loss of deposit.
