Large One-Bedroom Adobe Near Downtown
Walk to breweries & dining from this sweet spot on a quiet side street/dead end with tons of room for you & your furry friends. Quick 11-minute drive from the airport & 20 minutes to Balloon Fiesta Park. Enjoy great views of the mountains outside from the cute outdoor dining area nestled under a great shade tree.
This is a large one-bedroom with an enormous bedroom! Lots of room to move around & lounge. There is a separate dining area, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating & a smart TV. This is a great work-from-home apartment, as it’s huge & has lots of separate areas for quiet & concentration.
Parking is super easy & plentiful. You can park on the street, either on the north side or in front of the unit, or on the south side just off the street. The street is a dead-end & feels very quiet for being right near Downtown & some major streets & boulevards. Mountain Avenue is a nice, historic street nearby for walking & can take you to the very cute Chile Konnection (Mountain & Broadway) or Marble Brewery (111 Marble Ave). Lomas is another major street that`s definitely busier, but boasts a fun taqueria & a Starbucks that are both right by the apartment.
Martineztown is a lovely historic neighborhood, just northeast of Downtown. It`s a great place to walk or ride a bike & there are several walkable coffee shops, restaurants, & bars nearby. It is centrally located with very easy access to I-40 & I-25, Downtown, Nob Hill, the Convention Center, & the Bio Park.
Parking is on the street, right in front or on the side of the unit. You can also park just off the street on the south side of the apartment. Public transportation is easy from the Alvarado Transportation Center at 1st & Central. From there you can take local buses all over town or get on the Rail Runner to Santa Fe. The ART is a great rapid transport bus that runs up & down Central & is a great option for checking out Nob Hill. Always call for emergencies & urgent matters: (505) 929-9397

This was a comfortable and convenient place to spend two nights in Albuquerque. It was clean and comfortable for my husband and me and our dog. The table outside was a great place for morning coffee. I would stay here again for sure.
The place was just the right space and location for me. Super easy to check in/out and close to a great coffee shop (Madcrema). The bed was comfortable and the shower water was nice and hot.
This VRBO was well located near downtown for my ABQ Art Walk activities… all the necessary accoutrements were available. Will definitely consider this spot for future art-walk visits.
Peaceful little book right in the heart of the city!
We were in town for the Gathering of Nations powwow, and this little gem was so close to everything! Courtney and the team made check-in a breeze and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. We could not have been happier with the accommodations! I’m in the area a fair amount of time throughout the year and plan to book through Courtney again in the future.
Cute and cozy, clean, has everything one needs & some! Very quiet 4 night stay, lady Mini across the street was a sweetheart, very kind & welcoming. Hopefully be back to Albuquerque soon and would definitely stay!!

Our host was quick to answer any questions we had. The facilities were clean and spacious. There was coffee supplies, shampoo and conditioner as well as extra pillows and bedding. Great little getaway.
This review is based on fact not emotion. Before i booked the descrip said 2 bedr title said 1. Sent msg to host.courtney replied back, sorry for the confusion yes its a 2 bedr. I booked.this was 6/16.long day of travel approx 12hrs. We get there its a 1 bedr. I call host. Said i booked 2 bedr, my husband snores like a freight train. Confirmed before i booked. Was told it was never a 2 bedr. I mentioned the convo before booking. She said she didnt see it.maybe her asst made a mistake. She could send me earplugs. Told her i have a back disability. Husband had to sleep on the couch. Smaller than a twin bed. She called me rude. I never raised my voice. The descrip must have been changed after i booked along with the convo. I was never notified in 3 1/2 months to let me know it was really a 1 bedr and did i want to keep it.She offered a refund if we left right away. Where were we going to go. The next morning host sent me a msg, we hope you enjoyed your first night at the large 1 bedr with 3 real beds. That was quite petty on her part. I didnt reply.later that day i get msg from insisting i didnt book a 2 bedr and i must have spoken to someone from vrbo and there was a computer glitch but NOONE from her team said it was a 2 bedr. So she basically called me a liar. At that point i called vrbo to file a complaint because now shes harassing me. I sent vrbo the pre booking convo showing confirm that yes it is a 2 bedr. I recd refund if 1/2 what i paid. roaches/ couch has ?stains?
