Property was in a lovely area of Old Town close walk to everything in that area. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Easy check in/out and the owners were quick to answer any questions I asked. It was a wonderful stay!
It was very nice to arrive to snacks and bottled water. Loved the location and the house was great. Very comfortable beds. The Candy Lady is very helpful with general info on the area.
You can't get a better location in Old Town. Literally, just walk out the door. It was exceptionally clean, especially for a historic building, down to the smallest details. The decor includes original art, indigenous artifacts, and fun elements on the walls themselves. The beds were very comfortable and I slept quite well. The owner is nearby, friendly and an all around great person. If I return to Albuquerque, I will definitely stay here again. You can't go wrong chossing this property. There is a sister guest cttage next to it that she was listing soon if you need more beds than this one has.
Great location. I enjoyed having our own little Casita with no neighbors on top of us and a private patio area plus parking. The beds are uncomfortable and really should be upgraded to make it an excellent stay. It was a little frustrating that I didn't receive an email with the door entry code. We had been on the road for 4 hours and I could not access the VRBO upon arrival until I spoke with a VRBO rep and they contacted the host. I am grateful that there was a covered patio area to wait for access, as it took about 30 minutes and it was a very HOT day. A/C works great in the unit tho!
We enjoyed stay here! The proximity to old town was perfect and it’s a little hidden so you feel like you have privacy as well! The patio area was also lovely to have! We would stay here again :)
We loved our stay. The location cannot be beat! We did not need our car at all during our stay. We walked to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants in the area. Our host was friendly and the little house was clean and well-decorated.
My family was in NM for 4 days and we couldn't have asked for a better location to spend our short time there. It was literally a 1 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. The house/neighborhood is surprisingly quiet despite the fact that it's so close to businesses and the bustle of shoppers and tourists. We would definitely stay again.
The unit is nice and clean as mentioned in other reviews. The owner, Emily is on premise all the time, and also responses promptly when messaging. Love the location and it is within walking distance to the Sawmill market. We also enjoyed the cappuccino, smoothie and sandwiches from their cafe. We highly recommend staying here when you’re visiting Albuquerque!
Nice place in a great location if you’re interested in exploring the plaza. Owner lives on the property and is very helpful. It’s light on kitchen/cooking amenities, and there’s no dishwasher. Just something to be aware of if you’re hoping to cook.
We genuinely enjoyed our time at this cozy guesthouse. Everywhere we needed to go was a short walk away. The candy store, The Candy Lady, being out front was a huge plus!
Much better than expected!! This was such a cute place and it was clear the owner had taken time to update the interior and make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I wish we were staying longer! Exterior patio was delightful!
