Steve was very responsive with all communications. He even greeted us upon arrival and let us in and showed us a few things. As advertised, If you can make do with small microwave and refrigerator and without a ‘kitchen’ sink, coffee pot & chest of drawers…this will work for you. Bed was comfortable. We would stay again!
Steve was a great host. The room had exactly what we needed and was convenient to I25 and the airport. There is construction on the main road, so some delays there, but nothing you can't work with. We were there on the hot days, so the fan in the closet came in very handy. If we ever make it back to Albuquerque, we will definitely look to see if Steve place is available.
Book it at your own risk. Restless nights guaranteed.
Stay away!!! Not trustworthy host.
I first arrived on my own earlier than the check in time and Steve, the landlord, was very accommodating. When I went into the room, I only noticed that the noise from the furnace was a little loud but it didn’t turn on very often, so it was fine. When my husband arrived in the late afternoon, he immediately got severe allergy symptoms as he is allergic to cats and dogs. He took medication but it only partially helped. As it was a cold night, the furnace kept going on and on and on and it was extremely noisy. Between my husband’s allergy symptoms and the furnace, we couldn’t get any sleep. We talked to Steve and he said that there was nothing he could do and he agreed to reimburse the other 3 nights as it was never disclosed in the listing that there were cats on the premises. However, instead of receiving a reimbursement, Steve changed the price of one night to the full price of the 4 nights I paid and I didn’t get any reimbursement! It was the most expensive night I have ever stayed in Albuquerque! Way more expensive than at a 5 stars hotel!!!
This was small but cozy and exactly what I needed. The host communication was excellent. Super easy check-in and out. Would definitely stay here again. Probably every time I come out to Albuquerque I will first check for availability here.

Nice place to stay, no hassle, great city, great state
It was a very nice space that met my needs for my time in ABQ. I met Steve during my stay and chitchatted with him for a bit. The location was good (everything was about 15-20 drive on average). I will definitely book again for future trips.
Great little studio. Steve was attentive, helpful, and friendly. I stayed for about two weeks and had a great time. I’m allergic to cats and was skeptical at first after reading about the cats but it was not an issue whatsoever. If I come back to ABQ anytime will make sure to check back in.
This rental was comfy, clean, quiet, and convenient--everything a traveler would want! The owner was unobtrusive but made himself available in case there was anything we needed. Everything we wanted to visit was within a 15 minute drive. We would HIGHLY recommend this rental to visitors to Albuquerque!

The room was nice with a bed, sofa, table, small fridge, microwave and tv. The bathroom was nice and clean. But there weren’t any plates, or microwave safe bowls or plates to eat food up in. Only a box of plastic spoons.
