  • This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds and is just a few minutes drive, it is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Albuquerque and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. And great Wifi for remote work.

Kristen is an excellent host. She responded to my communications very timely. This property is an example of "You get what You pay for". In Real Estate that means "Location, Location, Location". This property lets you enjoy the Festival with the comforts of Being at Your Home. Host is very accommodating. The property (Inside & Out) are Clean and Spacious. We do hope to return to this property.
