Nestled in Albuquerque, this delightful house boasts 4 bedrooms with a mix of 1 king and 3 queen beds. 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for your convenience. There is 1 guest bathroom just off the laundry room as well. With amenities like AC, heating, Wi-Fi, an iron, washing machine, dryer, and more, guests will have everything they need for a fabulous stay. Come experience the amazing and gorgeous charm of this property - we look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Pool will be open from May 1 to mid- October. There will be an additional $100 charge to heat the pool, payable at time of stay. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We clean and maintain the house ourselves. All linens are washed after each stay. Feel free to sleep comfortably under the covers. No food allowed in beds.
Leave beds unmade. Towels can be left on bathroom floor. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
Checks all drawers for personal items, log off TVs and apps.

Amazing home to stay in with your family. Communication was amazing. I even locked myself out and he rushed to help. Kids and the adults both had an amazing time.

The house was very clean and everything was new! We had some issues with the hot water in the showers and the owner responded immediately and took care of the issue! He was on top of it! I highly recommend this house! We would love to stay here again!
