I was there for a golfing event at the Sandia (which was sold out due to the Balloon Festival). This was the next quality hotel. It was close to food and pretty much everything. Check in and out was very quick and convenient!

We took our family with small children to see the hot air ballooon festival, and we very much enjoyed the little touches like coloring pages and markers for the kids in the lobby. The staff was all very friendly and kind. The included breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. Even the days we went to the festival super early, the hotel offered a grab and go breakfast which was awesome! The entire hotel and rooms were clean including the workout room, pool area, and lobby. We would definitely recommend especially for families!

This hotel is so excellent I paid for a family reunion stay for my relatives here. Superb location and accommodations. I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and I rated it excellent in every category.

We got the last room ! Luke combs concert made all the hotels full. Anyway, staff was very friendly. 4/5 stars because we were on the first floor and it was soooooo loud. Could hear everything. Breakfast was good as well, waffles - eggs - sausage etc. thank you

The bathroom shower head was loose and had a lot of calcium build up. There were also loose fixtures and the towel bar was very far from the actual shower so not very functional. Some of the USB connections didn’t work for charging. The tissue and toilet paper are the lowest quality, scratchiest available. The breakfast meat options were not kept at a safe temperature so we couldn’t let our immune compromised child eat any of those. The rest of the breakfast was ok, nothing great. The room size was really spacious, so that was nice.
