An amazing stay at this fantastic and pristine home! One of the cleanest homes my husband and I have ever rented! A perfect amount of indoor space and a stellar outdoor space. Just as shown in the photos! The owner and concierge were extremely helpful and attentive! A perfect 10!

Vacation at the Hacienda

We enjoyed our stay at the Hacienda! The home was a nice getaway and has a beautiful backyard! The hot tub, outdoor tv, and fire table were hits for our family!

Great house, great host.

We stayed for a few days over Spring Break to visit our son in college. The home was perfect for our needs. The cameras mentioned in other comments are still there. They didnt bother us but we had a guest over and they were a little concerend. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Great amenities and convenient to everything

My family stayed at this house over the Christmas holiday and it was lovely and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hot tub and cornhole were our favorite parts of the house. The house is very close to a highway, but we noticed no noise or extra traffic. The hosts were easy to reach and provided lots of info and recommendations that made our stay easy.

Fun Family Time

We had a great time at the house….hanging out in the hot tub, by the fire pit, and on the putting green. Everything was just as represented and communication with the owner was excellent!!

Uptown Experience

Overall had a great experience in this uptown home. We stayed for a volleyball tournament and swim meet for our kiddos and it was easy access to various eateries and the locations of our competitions. Thank you!

I liked the house a bunch. It made our stay in Albuquerque vary enjoyable. The best part of the house was the backyard, that is where spent most of our time. I am not a fan of the constant surveillance with the cameras but I understand you have to protect your investment. Thank you

Dream stay and vacay

This home exceeded all of our expectations. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. We needed a home base for small prep projects and a place to relax and unwind. We felt at home from the moment we arrived, throughout the whole stay. We are hoping to return to this same place next fall, for a UNM reunion. Thank you Don and Carolyn for great communications and for setting us up so well. Truly a heavenly stay!

December getaway

We have stayed at many VRBO's through out the country and I can say we loved the property and the location of this one. Very easy to get to most things fairly quickly. Beautiful house and landscape, back yard and hot tub were very relaxing! Donavan and Carolyn were great hosts and super accomodating and we were very appreciative of the recommendations they suggested on places to eat or to visit. Just can't say enough good about this one.

Wow!

This property is absolutely amazing —there is so much space in the front and back yard for time to hang out and bond. It was the perfect place for a friends reunion. The property managers were very communicative at every step of the way. I highly recommend this property and the managers given their attention to detail, clear guidelines, and awesome communication. Property was all it appeared to be. Excellent location to everything you would want or need. Neighborhood was not busy with traffic and was very surreal. Both patios were extremely comfortable however the hot tub and outdoor fireplace were our favorites. The outdoor kitchen was a great touch but we didn't get to use it. Would definitely recommend, house was very comfortable and we were not crowded at all. You will not be disappointed in this property.

Exceeded Our Expectations

We were pleased to see that the property was even nicer than what we had expected from the photos. The owner was extremely nice, helpful and met us at the property to go over any questions that we had. She clearly takes pride in the property. It was extremally clean, well appointed. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The beds and sheets were very soft and the towels were plush. The owner thought of even minor details, including a jigsaw puzzle for us and placemats, runners and candles. The property was also centrally located to shopping, museums, hiking trails and other tourist attractions. You can't go wrong, selecting this property and ABQ has so much more to offer than hot air balloon rides. We plan to definitely return for a future family vacation and we have encouraged our friends and family to consider this property and location for future vacations as well.

Great Home

Communications prior to arrival were great. They knew we would be in later in the evening and left lights on. Getting into the home was just as explained. House was very clean, well stocked and family ready. The outside area was utilized every day. Great area for the family to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Great home away from home!

Very clean home! It really is as amazing as the pictures show. My husband was super impressed with quality of doors/locks- so often rentals have builders grade items, and these met his high standards and helped us feel secure. The kitchen is well stocked (we didn't cook as often as usual because the local food was just too good to pass up!). It was nice to have spices and some oils on hand! The outdoor games were fun- we even got our adult kids to play! For being close to the highway, it was so quiet. We didn't get to enjoy the grill, hot tub, or fire pit table, but still liked sitting out back. The only things I can suggest: 1. When requesting the deposit, put how much and exactly where it needs to go in one email. I know I sounded like a lost guest, but with trying to tie things up at work/home before heading out that would have been a great convenience to just have that in writing in one spot! 2. Providing a small cooler would be a great addition for being able to pack water/snacks in the 100 degree weather. We managed, and it's nitpicky, but something we would have appreciated and used. We would defintitely rent again- it met all of our needs and felt like a vacation within our vacation!

Wonderful Stay

The outside patio area was so nice, we ate out there and cooked burgers. Hot tub another plus, outside chairs very comfortable. Would have liked to have seen more seating area in living room and table in kitchen only seats four. Other than that everything was very good, highly recommend it.

Fantastic!

Spent 5 nights in Albuquerque with my teenage son and we were lucky enough to find this gem. The owner takes great pride in the property. Everything appeared brand new and the house was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the back yard is WOW! We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor kitchen since we were on the go, but we definitely found time for the hot tub (which was clean and HOT!) and to sit in the sun and read here and there. The house is super close to 3 large shopping malls, as well as a Target, Whole Foods, & a Sprouts. Super convenient! Carolyn responded almost immediately whenever I had questions and had fabulous restaurant recommendations for us. Highly recommend this property! :)
