About this property

Only has a kitchenette, but nice space!

  • This great house has all the original charm of the 1950's with a great location right off I-40; Easy to find just get off the Rio Grande exit of I-40. DO note - This home only has a Kitchenette! It is a great home for a stop over and for a home base for outdoor activites!
    Come stay for a night on your motorcycle or RV trip, or stay for the whole Balloon Festival. Expansive RV and motorcycle gated parking available.

    The home does not have a "full kitchen", so don't feel pressure to cook! Old Town and fabulous food is 3 blocks south, so enjoy all the local flavors! Home has a hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go.

    4 bedrooms one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a third with a full/twin bunk bed and a queen, and fourth has a queen bed. Lots of space for kids and to relax.


    We have guests sign a rental contract outside the domain. Ask for details. Guests booking must be 25 years old. No parties allowed
