Check-in was ok. We got to the room and there was a really heavy MOLDY small in the room. I washed my hands, and a huge COCKROACH came out of the drain. After that, the sink would not drain. I went to the front desk, and the guy said he was gonna send "maintenance." The maintenance guy was not dressed ...

The Querque Hotel
Unfortunately, the guests in my room before me disconnected the phone and TV, put foot down the sink clogging it. Staff assisted in correcting these but there was no WIFI my entire stay.

Sandia Resort And Casino
Beautiful resort, loved everything. Would be great if a few more things were added for kids to do, otherwise was very enjoyable. Low payouts at casino however, stayed for 4 days and only saw 1 person getting a payout.
