Breakfast was nice, plentiful and varied. Drinks were available all of the time (Coffee, Water).
Staff very very helpful and nice.
We were originally in an 'attic' room and requested to move and they accomodated us and the room below was much nicer.

I accidentally booked my stay for one night less than I meant to and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even keeping me in the same room for the extra night I needed. The location is convenient for exploring both Baixa and Alfama with easy access to public transportation to Belém and north to the National Tile Museum and aquarium. The amarguinha sour at the bar is also incredibly refreshing after walking around Lisbon all day.

"Hey it's a Hilton. Modern, spacious, nice lobby. There is a small area where it is espresso only and 3.5 euros a pod. Seems a bit much. Why not free for hotel guests? The coffee in the room is also espresso pods only and they are very stingy passing you more if two are not enough. There is nothing ..."
