"The room was nice, there was no fridge which was a problem for us. The space in the bathroom for the toilet was very tight. The breakfast was wonderful and very fresh. Staff were very helpful and friendly, having a lift in the hotel was a good asset. The location was great and bed comfortable."

"Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Unfortunately we booked 10 nights. We had a view of a wall, we would have thought they’d have given us something better as we stayed 10 night’s. Be warned, your tea/ coffee is only free for 1 night, then you have to pay. This is a budget coaching hotel, it’s no way 4*. We stay in Granada 3/4 times a year, we would not return to this hotel, we would rather pay more and have something more upmarket."

It felt much more personal and high quality than a typical hotel breakfast. The location was also great for exploring Granada on foot. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable hotel experience."
