El primer día me dieron una habitación con el aire acondicionado sin funcionamiento, me indicaron que me iban a cambiar de habitación luego que el técnico tenía que revisarla. Pasé una noche terrible en verano con el calor de Madrid tuve que abrir las ventanas La gente de servicio muy odiosa. Se me perdió una blusa color blanco que compré en Zara y una media de la circulación. Un caballero entró a mi habitación sin tocar la puerta, iba a realizar el servicio de limpieza cuando me indicaron al inicio que sería cada dos días. Puedo rescatar que tienen una buena ubicación… les sugiero que se tomen un curso de atención al cliente porqué la única que me trató bien fue una rubia de color verde de la recepción.
