This hotel is perfectly placed for a visit to Madrid - within walking distance of major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Outstanding staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Assisted with travel to the airport, tours and directions to various places of interest. Great breakfast with continental and al a carte options - fresh and delicious.evening entertainment in the restaurant and at breakfast gave a great ambience and calm start to the day. Rooms are very well presented with marble flooring and bathroom finishes. Beautiful soft bedding and towels, super comfortable bed, refrigerator in the room and well functioning air conditioning.
