Housekeeping front end was great. There’s only a few issues with the dining area with strong personalities and at the bar they can be extremely rude, but other than that, I had a great time and was satisfied with the rest of their service services.

Clean room, helpful and courteous staff. Transit to the centre of Madrid one block away. It was a short walk to a small mall with some nice stores and some goods eats.

Clean, friendly, room ok with lovely balcony and view. No lift Dinner ok for me.(Pork chops) not for my wife . Breakfast ok but coffee awful. I had fresh fruit, yogor, toast, juice and tea. Forget parking. Regardless of what other reviews state, parking is a crap-shoot at best. If you’re like me and unsure about the meaning of European signs, you might accidentally violate parking laws. I have no idea what those consequences might be.
