"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "So the owner passed away in November of 2024. He was a German married to a Filipina and she is locked out of the account on Expedia as she has no password. Needless to say, they property had no clue we booked the room, she has no way to collect the proceeds for the transaction. While I did stay there and paid her for the 4 days in cash, Expedia still has my money which I will inform them of the situation of paying twice to stay there, if they don't refund me, my bank will get it back for me....
