Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable.
Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous.
For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose.

Great location right next to Plaza de la Reina with lots of restaurants/ bars. Loved breakfast on the terrace with the views over the roof top. Great selection. Sun area with loungers and plunge pool was lovely too. Cocktails and beers available.
Rooms were well appointed with kitchen facilities and iron/ board and spotless except for some mouldly sealant around bottom of shower tray. The view from our room looked into a corridor which meant it was quite dark as we kept the shade down. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely especially those who served us breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a memorable stay.

"Would not stay here again. No free parking available outside as advertised so forced to pay for covered underground (small spaces, dark and dirty). "It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
