Beautiful and spacious villa in Alcudia with capacity for 12 people, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 with double beds, and 2 with two single beds, all with en suite bathrooms. The large entrance of the villa leads to a living room, with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and a large flat screen satellite TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a modern lifestyle. It has a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The exterior, very well kept, consists of the swimming pool area, with comfortable sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, covered terrace with tables and chairs, to enjoy summer meals outside, barbecue, pool table and table football, and outdoor parking area.
