Marina is a summer house in Alcudia, ideal to move around the north of the island, a few meters from the paradisiacal bay of Pollensa and its turquoise waters and fine sand.

The property can accommodate up to 5 people in its 3 bedrooms. The first has one single bed, the second has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The house is equipped with two modern bathrooms with toilet and shower.

Marina has an interior terrace equipped with a small pool and hammocks for sunbathing, ideal to enjoy summer with family or friends. On the terrace we will also find an ideal table to enjoy the breeze while having dinner with the best company.
We can also enjoy the wonderful views of the sea from the second terrace that we will find at the top of the house, where we will also find hammocks to sunbathe placidly and a chill out space.

Inside the property we will find a fully equipped kitchen to prepare the best dishes, a dining space and another space with sofas with a flat screen tv.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The patio and pool were great to come back to at the end of a day out and about. The house is steps from a beach that is part of a natural preservation area, and the whole family enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding, kite surfing and beach yoga so close to home (there is a rental place owned by a lovely couple for all of these activities at the end of the street). It was a super quick drive to Pollensa beach and the historic part of Alcudia. Overall, excellent location, stay and communication with the owner/manager of the property.

Everything was better than advertised. Communication was excellent...even when out of stupidity we thought something wasn't working correctly, but it was. The owners came out and checked immediately. This was a perfect place for a couple or a family. Nice little kitchen. The patio areas are incredible. Washer/dryer awesome to have available. Thanks for an incredible experience!!!

Very clean and well positioned house especially if you are exploring the east side of the island. helpful team and fast response. Pool isn’t that useful and we had some trouble with it too.
