The staff was friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities are out of this world. The place made me feel like I was James Bond. The rooms are very modern and the provided toiletries are appreciated. The restaurant staff as well are top notch, next time I’m in Spain I’ll definitely be staying here !!!

Everything was perfect from checking in in to checking out, the rooftop was beautiful, location was perfect, very clean, breakfast was wonderful.

The pros: Staff was very helpful - top notch. They were able to accommodate an early check in without issue. Offered great recommendations for dinner. The daily breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a beautiful room. The hotel location was excellent and central to all the sights. The cons: The trash bin in the bathroom still had discarded hygiene products in it when we checked in. The staff was still in the hall so they were able to attend to it right away but super gross nonetheless. The bathroom door is made of glass with golden designs throughout so you can't totally see in but if you prefer privacy when you use the bathroom, you will have to adjust expectations. Finally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived (mid-November) but the heat was on. There was no way to cool the room down - we asked. This made for uncomfortable sleeps. Good enough value for the location.

Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Walkable to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean and quiet room. Will stay again!
