If you're travelling on a budget I would recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, though the room was very small - just enough room for a single bed and very small bedside table ... but it did have a TV. The shared bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, though the shower cubicle is very small. As a lone traveller I felt safe there (5th floor and plenty of locked doors). My only gripe with the room was that it had no window to the outside - there was a 'window' which opened to the stairwell/lift and there was a lot of noise from this area until quite late at night. The location is good - a 5-10 minute walk to Gran Via, about 20 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor - with quite a few places to eat and small shops for snacks and beverages close by. Staff were friendly, though I didn't really require their services as only there for a few days.

Wonderful service and very convenient to all attractions nearby. Will book again. Highly recommended.

excellent service, 5 * hotel!!!

This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone.

This was perfect in an old historic building. Ancient elevator. Wonderful AC and the room was perfectly adequate. Very accommodating staff. Suited our needs perfectly. Don’t miss the church right across from the massive front doors. Could’ve stayed for several days here.
